Try getting her with a net/big bowl with top and taking her away from your house, they don't normally wander far from where you leave them.. I just hate killing something because it cannot help what it was born as, this life is all she has, remember that
That is a very good point... and much like you, I tend to avoid killing things unnecessarily. (example.. most guys with pellet guns will intentionally shoot small animals for the "fun" of it. I can't stand that... I've never intentionally killed anything with my pellet gun) If I can find a way to relocate her without risking injury to myself, I'll do so, and maybe dump her in my neighbor's yard. :devil: Hey, they killed my cat and my dog a couple years ago by putting down rat poison and not telling us. They deserve it. :mad2:
Widows are pretty easy to keep, so long as you're careful. I kept a black widow for over a year, feeding her crickets and moths.
That they do.. Anyone who would kill an innocent animal for no reason at all deserves bad things.. I mean, if I had no way of getting a dangerous animal out of my home/around my home then I would have to consider killing it.
If I had caught the people who shot my cat through his shoulder they'd wish they had never seen him... Hearing my baby cry for me to come get him broke my heart.. I have finally given him to a better home where he can be indoors to save him from the nut cases who find shooting things fun.
I'd be furious... and if I'd have caught them, I'd make sure they go to jail for it. Cruelty on that level is simply unacceptable. I'm sorry to hear that happened.

I really wish I knew who it was.. Probably the same people who killed a neighborhood cat, I had to hold him in the last moments of his life because of those sickos.
There is someone on another fishy site that that starts an "m" who talks about shooting strays.. gah I wanted to get into it with him but being immature doesn't help a thing.
