Anyone know what the firmware 3.10oe for PSP is and does?

Im looking at buying a PSP and I found one and it has firmware 3.10oe installed. Im not really sure what this is or what it does. Is this a good thing to have installed. Or if I can uninstall it?

That just means the psp is updated. Nothing wrong with it, unless you want to softmod it, which I'm guessing you won't be doing.

Its often best to have it updated. That one just has the updating done for you.
