Anyone know when Petco does the "dollar a gallon" sale?

this sale just ended here outside Chicago...

Petsmart also has this sale, idk if they tell people though. And it's not as varied.

Everything I found in the forums (back to 2008 or so) indicated that the sale is on or about the last Sunday in August, usually only covers 20-55 gallon tanks (seems to vary by year), is only on what is in stock (get there early) and you must be a PALS member (can sign up online or in the store).

yes though last year they ran it 2-3 times but it tends to always be around the end of the year.
