anyone see a problem with this?

hey guys i started another form already asking if anyone can recommend 20" lights but can i put 22" on a 20" tank..the only hang over is the casing so i do not see a problem...has anyone else done this???

Yah, I don't see a problem at all. I have a 10g with a light strip made for a 20. It's a little awkward, but no big problem.

lol ya it does look pretty awkward but it saves me a bunch of money, but ya just thought i would ask anyway first
