Anyone trimmed the teeth on a toby?

Thanks Niko...that is a very informative article. I think I have read enough to try it this weekend, but the one thing that is stumping me is getting the toby from the tank to the anesthetic bath ....from what I've read they should not be exposed to air in case they "puff" while out of the water, so the logistics of going from the tank to the first bath is kinda puzzling me. As for returning him to the display, I can just dunk the whole bowl as it will be tank water.

Maybe I'm overthinking this, but the anesthetic bowl needs to be thoroughly mixed with the clove oil before you drop the fish in....won't the tank water from the bag dilute the clove oil mix?

thanks Pufferpunk.....That is a very informative article. I am not terribly intimidated by the process....just trying to figure out how to get him from the tank to the first bath. Maybe I'll catch him in a smallish cup and "pour" him into the first bath.
I'll be sure to let everyone how it turns out!
