anyone wanna take in a fishnerd so hes out of his current living condition?

Don't forget a hairdryer :)

Not necessary, it's just nice to have one.

Take your time and get the things you must have, and next make a second list for the things you will want. There is a difference between needing something and wanting it. Things you want can wait. Get your feet under you first and get your living arrangement taken care of.

Realtors can help you find an apartment but the problem with that is, you will need your security, first month payment in rent, and plus the realtors fee... which is usually the same cost as either the security or the first months rent.

if i get a 2 bedroom then i may just put the tank in the spare bedroom for now

don't worry about tanks right now...take them out of the equation entirely...

well theres no issues with the tank so thats outa the Q now lol..

new Q
can realty rent out apartments????

and wish me luck on getting this appt!!

Many real estate agencies also do property management (AKA rentals) We rent thru a realtor/property management company. owners that live out of state or do not want to bother with the upkeep and repairs use management agencies.

good luck to you on the next chapter of your life.

Seriously for the long run you need to go talk to recruiters and join the military. Without proper education or training you will be living check to check. The military gives you room and board. Most of the money you make can be put in an account and gain interest. You'll learn a trade for free and if you decide that military life isn't for you then at least you have a bank roll and a way to get a good paying job. If you like the military then do 20 years and get a full pension to boot. Retiring at 40.

Trust me when I say you do not want to live week to week, especially the way this economy is and will continue to be.

I'd go talk to a recruiter ASAP.
