it was passable until the showering once a week part. Thats just nasty. Why don't you present her with some numbers about the bill, and how ur showering once a day will not affect it that much.

doll im 20 and fearrr that wont work for 2 reason one: she dont believe anything on teh internet and two: shes hard headed wen it comes to trying to negoitate with her
you cant reason with her at all? People can be hardheaded. IT took me about four months to convince my rents that i could spend around 700 dollars on my dslr. So, it may take time.
And you shouldnt be drinking at 20. And smoking's a bad habit. IF she controls your money, how do you get cigs?

she only gives me like 10 dollars out of my 75 every other day to 3 days ( i make the cigs last ) and ive tried reasoning with her thats why i said she hardheaded and if i keep it up my grandpa will get in it and i dont want that happening u dont want to kno how he can get wen he gets mad/angry.

if i move out im not allowed to take the 80 gallon with me as wen i moved back in i told them ill stay for a year ( ppl mind do change i told her that and she didnt care ) said teh tank is stayin HAH yah right i bought this out of MY own money!

You're 20. You're not a kid anymore. If you get SSI then YOU are entitled to it because You arent a kid anymore.
If Granny and Gramps are keeping you down just so they can get your SSI, then you need to do something about it.
If the SSI you get is due to some disability then I'd talk to a lawyer and find out the facts of what you can legally do.
Most lawyers will give you a free consultation.

Do you have a case worker of any kind???? I am a firm believer in the saying there are two sides (maybe more) to every story, however some of the things you say for instance she only lets you shower once a week is more than just dirty it could be considered endangerment. The bad thing is you are over 18 so child protective can't really get involved. Is your grandmother, grandfather and aunt the only relatives you have?

petlvr nope no case worker either. and i basicaly been thrown b/w all my family members and noone will take me anymore. ihave to admite im also kinda hardheaded but not as bad as granny is. my grandpa wont take me niether will my uncle in oklahoma my aunt lives with us * hence the fighting all the time ) so thats why im lookin for roomates on here
