Anyway to "resurrect" Java Moss?

I have some that's a bit brown when received... Any suggestions on how to revive it? Tanks are all planted and fertilized, under a fair amount of light.

Wow, java moss can be killed? I'd just put it in a tank with plenty of bio mass and a good amount of light. It should bounce back quickly.
