Anyway to stop one fish from hogging all the food?

I have bumblebees also I haven't had them but a couple months. Love to watch them...still trying to figure them out. I have two that are larger and two that are smaller...I know one is a male for sure he is almost black..All of mine are pigs. I feed them out of my hand...like pirannas...Recently one of my smaller one has started looking funny..fins are frayed and starting to look white on its side. Other smaller one fins look slightly frayed..figured they were female and the large male was beating them up..so I move them to my QT tank...well now the one that looks the worse for wair is hanging out about a half inch from the top of the water...moving her fins real fast...have treated with melafix and pimafix and leave the light off in case it is stress...Anyone have any suggestions for me on this?
 
My DG & Angel pretty well hog the food too, so I spread flake across most of the length of my tank and I scuttle a good portion of it too. They can't be everywhere at once. Having some current & tall plants helps w/ this a lot too.

Are you doing pwc's in the QT....and is there filtration...found this about finrot,,,

Caused by Aeromonas, Pseudomonas or Flexibacter bacteria
Frayed fins, often with a pale pinky-white edge and some blood in the fin tissue. The bacteria are present on most fish. Stress from poor water conditions usually triggers an infection. Nipped fins may become secondarily infected if water is polluted. Some wounds may also be attacked by fungus. Improve water conditions. Isolate nippy fishes. Treat promptly with a finrot or anti-bacteria treatment to prevent the further spread of the disease. Consider adding salt (1-3g/litre) to reduce the loss of salt by the fish. Ensure that water stays free of pollution during treatment.

That's weird. The pictures where there last night, but they aren't now. And if I go to my 'Attachments', it says "You have no attachments". They got removed from the server somehow.

I'll repost them tonight - and try to get some better pics.

I haven't had any trouble, at least yet. But they are still pretty small, and aren't fully grown. The larger one has chased the smaller one a little. But nothing different than what the bumblebee's do to each other.

i've watched live footage of lake malowi africa with great surprise. as soon as the camera submerged it showed an under water world packed with fish! darn near every mbuna variety mixing around peacefully like one giant school of mixed fish. judging from the video it looked like there were at least 10-20 fish per square foot! all different varieties!
when i hear advice given that states higher numbers with these fish it really matches what i've seen with natural habitat.

Nice looking fish, but the wrong type and mix for a 30 gal tank.
