I lost the nitrate card to the test kit. Can anyone possibly scan theirs and send me a copy? It would be greatly appreciated.

I might just do that... I will work on it later....might be best to post it in the freshwater products section too
Here are all the color cards from an API Freshwater Master Test Kit if anyone needs them for reference or to replace a lost or damaged card.... I have no guarantee on how accurate the colors will be after being scanned and then printed so may be best used for reference or could get you by until you purchase some new ones.

The colors from a scanned card will almost definitely be off. Everything would need to be calibrated in order (from the scanner, to the monitor and printer) in order to have accurate colors.
I would just call the company and ask them to send you a new card, or just buy a new Nitrate kit.
