Thanks Pik01, everyone else seems to be fine. I think the ferts are ok (flourish anyways) but the excel is the dangerous one for snails. Ferts made such a difference in my tanks, they glow green now.
In person it is more of a green glow than yellow.
I wonder what will happen now when I cut the excel off....

You can see the shell damage from the softened water (the system removes good nutrients from the water, also why ferts helped my tank so much).
I am going to clean her shell anyways and keep it!
