Apple Snails Seek Restraining Order from Tiger Barbs

They can't get anything done! They're in an intimidated-looking cluster at the bottom of the tank! Every time they send out a tentacle, one of the barbs is there poking at it. Is this a lost cause? Should the snails be removed to more peaceful waters?

How big is your tank and how many tiger barbs do you have in it?

Hey there. It's a 20g long / 8 tiger barbs in there.

hm....have they been in the tank together for awhile? Maybe the tiger barbs are just curious. Usually, they just harass each other in a group that size.

Today is the first day in the tank for the snails. I wasn't sure if the barbs would eventually lose interest....
