Thanks for the info. I have done frequent 50% changes and gotten my ammonia down below 0.25. I'm keeping an eye on it while I save up for a bigger home. Thanks for all your advice! He's a great fish with a lot of personality and I want him to be happy, so I'll get as big of a tank as I can afford.
