I can't believe it says to clean it 3-4 times a year. Poor fish/frogs.

The lady I got my two ADFs from kept them in one of those. She put an ad on craigslist because she no longer had time for them, and then I adopted them from her for my little brother's 10g. She was well meaning of course, but these companies just lie lie and lie. Call me crazy, but I think they prefer the 10g. They can survive in those cubes, but is it really living?

Yes, unfortunately. I found out about them this past Christmas when they were at a mall here selling African dwarf frogs in torture chambers. I happened to be sitting fairly close to somebody at the food court who was talking about the care of her new frogs--change the water twice a year using spring water and feed once or twice I week. I can't believe people actually believe things like that.

That's depressing. I know it's been around for at least ten years, and there has been quite some protesting on the net, I can't believe it has survived all that.

As bad as I feel for the fish and frogs, it's the crabs I feel the worse for. They're literally drowning in that thing. :cry:
