Aqua Rocks

The limestone is going to raise the PH and buffer it. You can do a water change, but in a matter of hours your PH is gonna be way high again. If you have had angels in PH 7.2 for any amount of time and then add the limestone, it could be detrimental to your angel's health!

Well if the PH of my tank is already high and I introduce the Angels to that water will they acclimate to those conditions>?

Someone with more experience will have to say whether limestone will raise an already high PH even higher. I don't have experience with that. However, if you already have a PH of say 8.2 and the addition of limestone won't raise it even higher, I can't see why not. But again, we should have someone with more experience with high PH chime in here. Adding limestone to a tank with a PH of 8.2 may just make it shoot up to 9!

My PH is currently 6.8 - 7.2. Im going to get a Liquid PH tester instead of the Strips that I have. The Strips are great for everything but its hard to read the PH
