I decided to give this site a chance because they had some pretty good prices for items and free shipping along with a free item. So why not I was ordering a good chunk of stuff so heres the quick run down

1 T5 fixture with bulbs and hanging kit
1 Other light (i forget the specs on this it was for a friend not mine)
50 lbs of a salt


doesn't seem that hard of an order to get to my house specially with free 2-3 day delivery. Well 2-3 days later my package arrives, at this point I'm pretty impressed with this I mean good prices plus fast shipping am I dream? clearly I was because I only got half My order. I got the T5 light with no bulbs no hanging kit. So phone call one to aquacave I talk to a gentlemen not sure exactly what his name was and he informed me that My other light went out today and gave me a tracking number. He was actually pretty nice about it. I explained to him my other light issue with no bulbs and what not and he said no problem I'll ship them. 2 days later I got the bulbs, hanging kit but no light?!?! Another phone call was placed...claimed they put the wrong zip code on the package :mad2: SO yet again this light was shipped..finally got here yesterday along with My salt. Although I got all my items after some leg work and all the items are in perfect condition it's almost not worth going through that again. Id use EXTREME CAUTION when dealing with them. Make sure you save your emails and papers and what have you.:wall:
 
Sounds like a simple hiring of a competent employee that knows how to ship items correctly would solve that problem. Sorry you had to make so many calls just to get the items you paid for and should have had with the first delivery.
 
That sucks

I ordered a few lamps from them a couple months ago. They were cheap and arrived quickly.
 
Don't buy from here

Do not buy from here! I ordered some lights and endcaps. I ordered 4 pairs when I received my order there were only 4 endcaps instead of the 8 that were supposed to be there. After a couple of phone calls I was told they were shipped but I never received them. I then just decided to return my whole order because I was fed up with them. I returned them and received a phone call that the bulbs were broken and I was being charged for them. After asking for them to e-mail a picture for proof they refused. I then said well I paid for them now so ship them back to me and they refused this request as well. When I asked to speak to the manager I was hung up on and they refused to give me his name. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
 
I bought a PH probe and a couple other small things a while ago and had no problem. That was over a year ago though.
