Aquacontroller 3

For your phosphate reactor, take a look at the ViaAqua Poly-Reactor. I bought one and it's pretty much a plug-n-play unit. It comes complete.

As for the calcium reactor, Whoever you buy from, I would call and see if they have the package that includes the PH monitor/controller lid. You shouldn't have to buy a new lid just to complete your system.

I was thinking of trying to get a surge type flow in my tank, would this be good for the sps? I was thining of using Ecotech Marine VorTech. Maybe 2 of the MP10s on oppiset ends of my tank alternating them on and off or should i go with just one of the bigger ones turning on and off alone? I have a 100gal tank 72''x18''x18

When I asked Ecotech if one 40W would work in my 6 foot 125, they said that one with my other Tunze's would be fine, but 2 40's would be optimum. So I don't think 10s or 20s will be adequate for your 100. You can always go to the Ecotech Site as I did and ask them. They are the experts on their pumps.

I have 4 koraila 2s and 2 4s i was going to keep some of them in there with the VorTechs. I wanted the VorTechs to simulate a surge device. Would this work? I emailed Ecotech asking what size they sugested.

I currently have 1 K4, Tunze 6045 and Tunze 6055. The K4 puts out the most dispersed spread of flow. The tunze 6055 has a "wave" action when hooked up to the controller.

As for the 20w. It depends on the amount of flow they generate for the surge. Ecotech should be able to answer that as well. If you have two 20w, I would consider just 1 40 with your other pumps and then you can play with which combination works best for you.
