Any ever been Aquarium City in Canoga Park,S.F Valley???Do you have to pay a fee for them to order you fish???

i have, i have no idea, but i don't like that store, a lot of their fish are not in good condition.
I've been in there a couple of times, never bought anything though. From what I've seen in the area their fish look to be the best condition I've seen. I'm fairly new to the valley though. What other stores do you go to around here? (that place across the street is crap, the place on Topanga with the yellow sign concerns me too.)

i know its very hard to find a good LFS around in the valley. The yellow sign? are you talking about the "exotic fish" or something like that? that place has some nice tank display, but their fish are in okay condition.
i got to aquarium city mostly for my fish,or sometimes West COAST Aquarium in sherman way . Haven't been to exotic life store yet,i may go to the fish store in chatsworth.

oh...don't go to the exotic life store....their fish are okay, but not a lot of verity.
oo...when you go to the store in Chatsworth, ask for Eric..he is the owner, nice guy and knows a lot about plants and fish!!
That "exotic fish" place is under new ownership in the last 3 weeks. So things may get better there, or may not. They had dyed fish the last time I was in there, I'm not sure if that was old stock or the new owners doing.
I'll check out those other two shops you guys have mentioned. My girlfriends first tank (20g) is currently cycling.
