Aquarium decorations?

Can brass be used in a fereshwater aquarium ? I have a dolphin I would like to used but don't know if it would be toxic to my fish!

Brass is Copper and Zinc, in variable proportions. Neither is recommended for aquaria, and some fish and invertebrate species are very sensitive to even small amounts. Permanently... bad news.
