Does anyone know of any good Aquarium Software that will run on Windows XP?

Aquarix : aquarium maintenance software http://www.aquarix.de/en/

Keeps logs, and I think it will spit out graphs for you too! I think it is spendy, but for the right person I am sure it is worth it. It is german, so you have to pay in eros, 25,00 Euro + Shipping to be exact. There is a 30 day trial.

We develop software for aquarium keepers. With our software it is possible for you to gather all data, which comes up when keeping and breeding fish, plants and invertebrae. With our software, you always have an eye on what is going on in your tanks, what trends in the waterquality come up or even why sudden breeding successes occurred. Do you remember, when you last changed water in one of your tanks? Or when the lights from your tank have to be changed to prevent algae-growth? How old is that Discus in your amazon-tank? With Aquarix - The aquariumsoftware these questions are answered.

I use Aquarix and I like it a lot. I also bought a copy of AquarioGest and don't like it much at all.

I tried Reefkeeper briefly and went back to Aquarix.

Aquarix does graphs, reports, expenses, schedules, calcs your CO2 levels and makes recommendations on bubble rates, fish, plants, and invertebrates.

Good program. IMO worth the money.

Yes, it runs on XP.

Sweet! Thanks for the info!

In cnet.com go to downloads and in the search field type "reefcon" - without the quotation marks. The program is ReefCon 2000 and it's free. It made for saltwater but will work for freshwater. You might as well try a freebie and see if it works for you before purchasing another program.

If there's ever enough demand for something like this, I'd probably be willing to code aquarium management software that'd be released for free ;) I don't know how many people would want it though.

If it were written in Java, I would definitely be interested. :)
