has anyone used them lately?

someone posted about them a few weeks ago, saying they were having some trouble with sending out shipments. so, i waited a few weeks to see if things got straightened out but the order i placed 5 days ago hasnt shipped yet so im getting worried. still awaiting a response to my email too.

any other experiences? thanks
 
yeah, i know i know. i'll wait and see if they reply to my email. i just wanted to see if anyone else was having this problem and to give a potential heads up to anyone ordering from there.
 
yep, a couple times per day. it's nice that they made the update. it's said "in process" for the past 5 days. underneath it it says "orders usually ship within 0 days" so i dont understand the delay.
 
I just got my regulator in from them yesterday that was ordered on 1/1. I had to call them before anything happened. They claimed that my order had been lost in the system somehow...they still managed to bill me immeditaly though. :rolleyes:

Once I called it shipped that day though so its worth the short LD call.
 
think i'm going to have to do the same. like i said, i like them, but i think they're having problems with distribution... maybe they're getting more orders than they can handle...?

I had to wait a week before they shipped my order. I checked their site for my order status. After 5 days it still said in process. I got tired and called them long distance. I was told part of my order (equipment) had been sent and the plants would ship on Monday because of the distance I live. Actually it was a lie about shipping the equipment as the service rep told me. The equipment was not shipped until 3 days later according to a shipping email I received.

They need to improve their shipping methods and have customer service reps who tell you the truth.

Same thing happened to me, but why would a vendor put you thru this trouble?

I think you are probably referring to me. I did eventually get everything I paid for after many e-mails and a couple of phone calls. However, several additional things were offered and promised ( not asked for but offered as compensation for my hassle) not one single additional item showed up, and one peice in particular I held off on buying elsewhere because I was told they'd throw one in the box for me. I really think they are having some sort of big trouble with Growing pains/ shipments, and hope they get it worked out before it kills their buisiness. I will be hesitant to use them again, but really was hoping that my case was an exception.
