just as an update, i called them yesterday, spoke to someone right away and told my order would ship that day. a few hours later i got an email shipping confirmation, so i guess i'm happy. i was told they were waiting on getting a certain part in, but now they have it and they're going to ship it out now.

you're right, dave. it sounds like growing pains. as if they dont have enough people to monitor when shipments come in and to update peoples orders with them. can't coplain about the customer service, they were very friendly.
 
Now I feel guilty for recommeding them :( . Seems like I sent more business their way than they could handle :laugh: .
Seriously though, sounds like something is going on there. I too hope they get it straighened out soon! Never had problems in the past.
