I miss $40-50 monthly bills! But I assume you must have gas then for most your utilites (I'm all electric)... I'm sure my electric hot water costs at least that much in a month. I calculated out what it would cost me in water/sewage a while ago, but I forget what gallonage I used (was contemplating different sized big tanks for a while) but it came out to something like $10/mo. But I am pretty sure what I am setting up now will use more water, plus the rates are going up. I'll have to grab a water bill and calculate it again now that I know what sized tanks I'm using. My water co also has a deal where you pay for a meter that can measure an exclude water from sewage charges for those that have lawn sprinklers and such, since the water isnt going into the sewer. I'm going to look into that to see if it would be beneficial for me seing how my tanks wont be draining into the sewer either.
