Is it cool to run these things for 18hrs one time?Im filling my 120 and 55gal sump today:headbang2: and at this rate this could take a little while,the pump I have is the Aquatec 8800.seems to be good quality and very powerful,Ive dialed it in with a ball valve so Ive got 50 psi going to the filter,will this damage the pump?using a ball valve for a flow restrictor
