Well, ordered my xmas moss on Aug. 25th and I received them today, just as I had expected.

They said it was a 2"x2" portion but it was a little bigger than that. However, it was flattened about a 1/4" thick. Not very much but enough for me to cover a 10"x14" plastic grid sparsely with moss to try and start a moss wall. It might take a while to fill in but it'll fill in.

Moss was in OK condition. Kinda dark but they look viable. Didn't see any pest snails or anything like that.

I got my plants 2 days ago, not to happy with what I got...

What I was suppose to get was 1 plant with 8 leaves, what I got was 5 plants with 2 to 3 large leaves on each with lots of roots on each Rizome...

What am I suppose to do with large Rhizomes with 2 large leave on each plant? I got more Rhizomes than I do plant :headshake2:

I wanted 1 plant with lots of leave to plant on my Driftwood...

Some have torn leaves and some have creases in them from shipping.
It's like I got there tank scraps that they are trying to get rid of..

The rhizome is really what's important. Leaves grow pretty quickly, so it sounds like you actually got more usable plant that you paid for. Tie it on to your drift wood and give it a few weeks. Before you know it, it'll be covered in leaves.

ok cool, I thought I got screwed..
I wrote in my order notes that I would be giving a review after I receive my order, maybe that's what they sent so many Rhizomes?
I never had Java ferns so I really know nothing about what I got. erv:
They look like crap in my tank now, hopefully after they grow out I can place them in the tank better. Each Leave is about 2"+ apart from each other on the Rhizome..

I just realized today that I had another package from them sitting on my table, I thought it was the empty package from my order I already got but it was a new package!
I think maybe they realized there plant stock wasn't what they where suppose to be as described, so they shipped me a second order for free to make up for it?

I must say that this is the best service I have ever got from any purchase I have made online. A++

I didn't even have to complain to get another order, they just know how to treat there customer well
I would definitely recommend this place for plants.

I got the same type of bunch as I did last time, but there's more leaves on each rhizome and will everything combined of about 10 rhizomes for $3.99 shipped, can't really complain about that.

Wow you are lucky. I will NEVER order from Aquatic Magic again. I ordered some pellia from them. They told me it would arrive in 5-7 days. It came 19 days after I payed. It arrived dead. I contacted them, asking for a replacement as they said they originally would. I contacted them about a week ago and have never heard from them.

I sent them the picture above telling them I got my order and I asked them if this is what " 1 plant with 10 leaves is suppose to look like " as posted on their website.. I never got a response...
He sent me a email a couple days before this asking me to reply to his email after I receive my order, this was before I got my plant.
I guess he didn't like what I had to say?

This is want I wanted and was expecting from what I read about the description on their website, as you can see about this is not what I got.

Can I tie together all my Java Fern Pieces together to make it one clump?....
