Should i wash my caribsea aragonite?

Yeah. I washed mine for a hour or so and it was still cloudy when i filled up my tank. It took about 3 days to fully clear up.

It will help a ton if you put the substrate in first, and then fill the tank slowly by running the water over the rocks.

that does help, the method I use is running a diatom filter and continuesly stirring up the sand bed (this is after I rinse for a while)
