are algae wafers ok for cats?

lol.. and all this time I thought my cat was just crazy, but after reading this thread I guess it's common for cats to adore like food.

My cat is constantly begging for betta pellets, sinking wafers, and shrimp pellets. It's cute to watch her come running every time it's time to feed the fish.

Don't count on it... I know of a mouse that ate tobacco and didn't die from it.

As for my cats, they don't care much for the fish food, but whenever we clean tanks they fill up on the dirty water! :laugh:

Fish flakes and pellets are mostly fish meal (other than that for herbivores of course). No wonder they're so nuts about it.

mine too! i try to shoo them away though. it doesnt seem like that would be too good for them.
when i feed the fish in the pond, all of my cats come when they hear the tub of food open. they get some and then they all sit around the edge and watch me feed the fish. and drink the pond water too! i should really get a picture of it-its so cute!
