There are tons of varieties of shrimp that are not filter feeders. Cherry shrimp and ghost shrimp are probably the most common.

Are you looking for filter feeders? Bamboo shrimp are pretty common filter feeders that get to be 4 inches long. Most common shrimp to the trade will eat left over flakes or pellet foods and some are really good algae eaters.
