are cardinal tetra betta proof?

im my experience neon's get bigger then the cardinals do, and as for an angel with a betta bad move, angels can get mean and with another semi aggressive fish you could have brawl on your hands. asfor a killifish which im guessing isa killiewonder i never have any trouble with the two being to gether, but then again no fish is the same they all have there own attitudes.

well the temp difference is wrong for the american flag fish. I have to rethink my stocking, but I'm keeping my idea for celestial pearl danios. Are they middle or top dwellers? I'm thinking maybe bleeding heart tetras with them, But I have 4 turquiose rainbow fish I need to rehome because they're killing my shrimp. would CPD's be safe with the rainbow fish? or are they too small, and would become snacks? the rainbows are semi aggressive I believe.

When I got my neons a few years back I added a betta, and I woke up to a fat betta and no neons,so,since cardinals are bigger fish are they safe with a betta? What about angel fish, are they safe with a betta or will the betta go for the fins? I'm setting up a new tank in a few weeks and am just throwing out some ideas. I plan on looking at fish from LiveAquaria.com, and thatfishplace.com just to see what I might like I'm planning on it being another planted tank, with driftwood.
Well if you want some ideas you can check my Sig. Although ive never had problems with small fish and bettas, provided the small fish aren't nippers.

i had a 3l x 1.5w x 2h tank going along time ago it had 5 angels, 10 neons, 2 bristle noses, 2 blue gormis (spellig?) and a betta. A few plants and chunks of wood. i only had problems with the bristle noses when they got bigger they started fighting so i had to give one away. the gormis roamed the whole tank the angels hung out on one patch to the side the betta lived in a piece of wood and the neons stayed clear of the angels and none of them cared about the bristle noses. i must have just been lucky?
