Are pristella tetras big enough to not be eaten

I totally agree. I would not recommend this, but I started with this about 8 years ago. The angels (at that time) was actually as big as the Neons and Cardinals. I had 6 angels and about 20 Cardinals and about 12 Neons, most have survived till now :) Only 2 of the Angels are from the original batch. Gave away 3, one died, and have added 2 "Blue" ones. At least 12+ of the Cardinals are from the original batch, and about 6 of the Neons. I have sinced added to the total of Cardinals and Neons, and they all still look good.

Sounds like everything's going good then and I don't either. Mine were little devils and they are what made me not want anymore Angels.. I see everyone else's Angels go with all these various types of fish and whenever I tried it, bam, disaster lol if they didn't get eaten, they were just killed because they could.
