Just wondering i planted my 10 gallon that has some shrimp in it and wanted to know if i could use the same ferts i was using in my 20. It is called Plant Gro and i am worried becasue it contains some copper, it says 0.0005%, is it safe for my shrimp??? it also has some other metals to do i have to worry about them also???

I would think with a regular good maintenance routine those concentrations would not be an issue.
Ditto^ if your doing 50% WC each week and using a tap water conditioner like Prime, your adding the ferts letting plants suck em up a bit and diluting the water at WC. I think you will be fine. If you want follow the directions good and maybe you can under dose if it makes you feel better and see how the shrimp do.
On another website forum I know that people use fertilizers with shrimp tanks all the time without problems. I would err on keeping the doses low personally. There is probably copper in your water supply anyway in very minute amounts. Copper is toxic to all living things, so keeping doses of it low is good all around.
