I'm not a chef. In fact, I just approve the meat course for the night or the sauce for the pasta and my wife does all the cooking. I have whipped up a batch or two of snail jello, but I have no idea what green beans are? Are they the same thing as string beans? If so, I'll plant some in the garden and buy some at the grocery store in the meantime. Otherwise, do I go looking specifically for green beans the next time I go to the grocery store, which is almost never.
