great care sheet! what is the warmest temperature to keep the eggs and the young in order to have them grow the fastest? can the eggs and small young be kept with fish fry?

you can keep them with fish fry. As for the warmest temp threshold, I am uncertain. I have kept them up to 80 and not noticed an appreciable difference in growth rate. When I had them with my discus (84) they did not do well

I wouldn't push past 82 and anything between 76 and 82 there seems to be no difference in growth rate. Below 76 the egg production does seem to slow and growth rate seems slower. Much below 65 and above 84 they seem to perish easier.

HY All
I have found that Crawdads are a fine snail eradicators. Apon accasion I`ll get some on the vegitation from the pond. They are quickly dispatched usely with in 12 hrs.
