Assistance required!!!

I wish to set up a tank for saltwater species such as bream or whiting, is there anyone who can assist me with what i require to set up such a tank i would be using a tank of around 4ft, however dont really know what i require due to the fish i wish to keep.

Hate to break it to you, but bream are not really suitable for an aquarium. You'd need a minimum of 500 gallons just for one--we're talking about a fish that gets up to 2 foot and is normally a food fish.
