i just attached a gorgonia to a rock in my reef and used some super glue somehow some glue got onto to the gorgonia. will it hurt it at all or what do i need to do? i tried getting it off but wasn't sucessful. please help!

Shouldn't be a problem. I use reef epoxy to attach corals to my rocks. It holds better for certain corals. The gel super glue is better then the liquid.

it will die where the superglue covered it, but should encrust over it and do well

sometimes that area that dies form the glue will start to spread and kill the whole coral. this happens to most people who dont keep the water in prime conditions or let the coral get overgrown or dont feed it properly. But if you do all that right and you have excellent water quality it should heal faster than youd think.
