I paid Bob Bloom via money order for a 6" Mpimbwe frontosa he had advertised on Aquabid. I paid him quite some time ago, and now he wont answer my e-mails or phone calls to get him to ship the fish to me. His name is Robert, or Bob Bloom and he is from New York. Does anyone know him? Before exploring my options of obtaining my money back, or driving 5 hours to his house, I want to ask around to see if anyone has heard of him or dealt with him.

File with USPS.They will pursue it and they take any amount of money seriously,even 10$.

Next cancel that money order,when you file with usps,make sure you let them know the money order was cancelled and what it cost to do so.


Next contact abuse@ HIS provider

Inform them that he is committing fraud via email and message boards.Fwd them the emails and pm you exchanged.They will can his ***

Next call HIS local police and inform them of the theft They also will pursue it.

I completely agree with N8DOGG!

Do your best to justify the situation.

I've only had one online 'bad' situation, so I hope you know it's not a common occurence. I have bought online many times with total satisfaction... From electronics to live fish and plants.
