Automatic feeder problem

i've put the batteries for 9 hours now and it dosen't move at all

I wouldn't use an auto feeder if it didn't have a button that allows you to dispense food on command. Those things can be pretty flaky... you really need to run it through 5-10 cycles before you can be sure it's dispensing even-portioned amounts.

If you're going away for two weeks or less, and you don't have fry, delicate fish or sick fish, don't even bother with a feeder. Fish will be fine for up to (and exceeding) 2 weeks without food. If you must get an auto feeder, the Eheims really are well made.

Good luck,
Jim

I cant reaturn it it came from internet

LMAO, I returned tons of things online....did it say no return, did you call\email the place you bought it from and ask if you can return it?

Returning something purchased online can be a hassle, but if you bought if from a store (as opposed to Ebay or similar), they often will take it back. If they won't... don't ever buy anything from them again, ever.

I don't know what to do!
The company won't let me return it.
Is their some one who has this product and knows how to make it work?
