Even with out an ageing tank you could still use an inline heater. Even with really cold water and fast waterchanges I've seen someone else say they used an instant heat unit that could be turned down to about 80*. But I think going with a relatively small change each day would be the least stressfull method for the most part.

Auto Water changer
