Awsome day!!!

I am so happy!!! The past couple days have been awsome! School just ended for the semester, I just got a great deal on a 30 gallon tank and stand a couple days ago, and today I bought a great piece of driftwood for an awsome price...I mean I practically bought a tree. I am just not sure what I am going to do about it fitting in my tank!!! I think I am going to have to make some hanging lights for my tank, another DIY project...

Did you buy your driftwood from a fish store, or is it from local waters? If it's local, you will definitely have to boil it/treat it/disinfect it before putting it in your tank for safety reasons (no easy task looking at the size of it!).

I got it from the local fish store. One of them always has a huge selection of driftwood. right now it is soaking in my bathtub...at least until my mom gets home tonight!!!
