It's for rectangular tanks only, and doesn't count for kits. Though, the kits and other random stuff might be like 10% off as a general part of the sale event.
 
I wonder if this is going to show up in Sunday's paper? or in the store...?
or is it an 'unadvertised' sale?

We have a brand new petco...just opened this week. I was admiring the stack of 40 breeder tanks.

Very tempting...I have a 30G breeder with a custom made hood. 40 breeder is same footprint, only taller.

I wonder how much trouble I would be in if the tank magically grew 6" taller while my wife was at work?
 
Wonder if I can buy to 55 at $1 buck/gal then exchange them for a 125....
 
I work at Petco, it's 20-55 gallon rectangular, all glass aquariums. First come first served, you're lucky they let you buy and then do the whole return/resell thing, we're not suposed to. In the past we've taken rain checks once we've sold out of tanks, but not suposed to this year - but I bet that'll vary between Petco's as well.
