Hey where in NY are u? I live in queens and I maybe able to take some off ur hands.

I am in Yonkers NY, but I am willing to meet you at a Subway stop in the Bronx if that makes it easier.

For a beer, perhaps I'll drive them into Manhattan ;-)

The key here is to find them good homes. Not to get rid of them, not for profit, I just want to give them to people who will give them what they need to be happy.

BEER U SAY! LOL! Well in that case I got enough for u to drive to my place.

But that sounds good to me. Just give me a little time to completely think this through. I have space but I was going to get mudskippers but these are pretty cool.

Please take all the time you want to consider it carefully. I really want to find them good parents. Its important to me that they are cared for. I am not going to jump at anyone who offers to take them, this is a full-on adoption complete with potential candidate screening and all!

Very cool!!

Hi, my SO and I are interested in one but we need to talk it over some more. We may be able to drive up, but we live in a different state. We've been wanting one for a while but have been unable to find one near us.

Hey where can you order those eggs?

I have at least 4, potentially 6 that need homes. Unless someone out there has a BIG tank, there will be plenty to go around.

I will take my time and find them the best homes I can. I am thrilled to have all this interest in the little guys! Really they are wonderful little creatures.

I will not make any snap decisions, I would really like everyone to think it over carefully and give me an honest commitment to take them and care for them for as long as they live. That is the important part here, the timing is irrelevant, so please carefully consider and I will let everyone know before I get rid of them.

I raised these from eggs, I got the eggs at a meeting of a local aquarium club in PA that I visited from NY when they had Jeff Senske presenting- a very famous aquscaper. At the end of the meeting there was an auction of donated items. I wanted to support the club who spent the money to host Jeff's seminar (not cheap), and the jerk (Glenn, are you out there?) from my local club who was sitting next to me when they announced Axolotl eggs- I said to him, what's an axolotl? He says its a killie fish. Okay, I like a surprise and I always want to grow out fry, so I bid them up.

WELL..... wasn't I surprised when they hatched and had gills on the OUTSIDE... WTF? I expected Killie fish! Good think I kept the bag with the label and looked up Axolotl... imagine if I hadn't? What would I have thought when my killie fish started growing FEET!

I would really like one, maybe two. I'll have to do some more research on these guys. Did you know in the wild they're going extinct because their rivers are being polluted? it's sad the people won't even clean up the rivers to save these guys!

I'm up in Syracuse, NY but my parents are down in Queens, and I used to go to Mercy in Dobbs Ferry (Man, now I miss the city a lot) but anywho, I'll do some research for myself and talk with the boyfriend and I'll PM you.
