I saw this fish in LFS. It is called a "Baby-Blue-Shark". It has a very small opening for a mouth. Looks like a shark (the salt-water kind). It also has very small eyes. Anybody ever heard of it?? Have never seen one before.

I tried looking around on the net but could find nothing. Does this thing have a scientific name?

I've saw what I believe was a type of loach that they were selling as {and correct me if I'm wrong} a red fin shark and it kind of resembled a shark and had a blue color to it's body

windeindoiel-- I do not know it. Have never seen this fish before.
blitzen25bm-- No, it is definately not a pollimyrus castelnaui. Do not look like it is in the elephant-nose family.
dt4552-- Definately not a loach, or a red fin shark.

THis fish does look like a semi-blind shark. Looks like "JAW" from the movie with a hole for a mouth. Dark blue color on top of fish, white color on belly.

HAHA... Smaller, blunter, and a hole for a mouth. Also very small eyes.

Not it. Does not have scales. It does look like a small blunt-nosed shark, with a very small mouth. If I can only take pics and post.
