I just wanted to post some pictures of my new babies, they were hatched on Nov 13 and they are all eating and doing great in their 15gal. their mom is an emerald but they seem to have red eyes and spots, I guess I will just wait and see. :)

Cute! Where do they normally swim as fry? I have a mystery fry in my QT and pygmy cories seems like the most likely culprit...except it stays near the surface a lot.
 
they are most always on the bottom or on the rock as in the picture. When they are swimming they are alot like the adults, strait to the top and then back down again. So it could be interesting what you have
 
I wanted to breed but I wasn't playing with temp or anything. It got cold in the house one night and then there were eggs. I kept them in a livebearer net and they hatched. They are aeneus I have one female, the mom, and two male green or emerald two male albino aeneus then one female melanistius in the tank. I dont know if the who the father was and what the outcome will be with the albino gene. mom is on the right belowparty 116.JPG
