hey guys,
this is a first for me so i decided to create a thread. i've got some white clouds in a planted 10 (i want to move them to a 20L since they're so active but have been waiting to get another bag of eco-complete) that i've basically just been feeding and not really watching much (end of semester busy-ness). anyways, i fed them last night and saw a little sliver of blue dart to the top. at first, i thought it was a tv reflection or something, but then i saw another. the WCM's are the only inhabitants of the tank (other than snails), so i had no idea what had happened. upon really close examination, i can confirm due to finnage coloration that they are baby white clouds. i am pretty excited, as i have never had any type of success breeding fish before, and now, through no attempt of my own, succeeded. i can only see a few, but i have a plant blob of floating stem plants that i never rooted, and the smaller ones that i can see have been swimming around near it. i'll get some pics when my roommate gets home with her camera, but the largest one isn't even 1/4" yet so it's going to be tough. just wanted to pass on my excitement
