I must have been linked to the old BBS. I went to bowheads.org, but didn't see the links on the bottom due to the colors and the contrast on my monitor.

I got into Bowheads...I did forget the web address and had to ask Dougall
When you sign up as a member, you can choose the option to have white screens, which I selected. My 56K dialup was snoozing along with the black, so you might try that, Dirk..may help.
I'm disappointed it went down...but not really surprised anymore. It's sad really, something that has so much going for it and so much potential as this. I'm not computer savvy enough to know what the problem is. If we need bigger servers..have a server fundraising drive. If we need to up the monthly bandwidth allotment...let us know how we can help. But this has been discusses before....

I was kind of glad, I figured I could get a lot done since I wouldn't be tempted to look at AC. I ended up playing video games. That is what AC does for me, it keeps me from playing video games...I think my life needs a little more excitement. c:

I touched base @ Bowheads...just to ensure I/my computer wasn't right.

The posts there confirmed the worst, AC down.

However, at least I saw enough to gain an interest in keeping bowfish!

Can we all save cached AC pages to our hard drives, as files, so when we move to a new forum happens, we can take some of the history with us?

Heck, I'm optomistic!
