Zig, if those are the small speakers we'd get along fine!!
As long as the shelf holds the tank you should be fine. TVs aren't that heavy. If it is a 27" it should be under 100 pounds.

I may have concerns about moisture build up in the tv from evaporation, but it looks like the tank is covered good enough. I'd watch the moisture, but structurally it looks ok.
