Ok, I know this is a long shot, but I'm looking for a new home for my bala. About 5 or so years ago when I realized I had not done my research and had put 3 balas in a 50 gallon tank I upgraded to a 180g tank. Now, I only have one left. One jumped out about a year ago and just this past week one died. I'm pretty upset since I've had them so long and can't really figure out what happened. ANYHOW, If by some chance there was someone nearby with an appropriate setup I would consider sending the fish to a better home. I realize they should be kept in groups, but if it were not for the bala I would downgrade. I have 2 small kids and am in graduate school and I just don't have the time to enjoy the tank like I used to. I thought I would give this a shot and consider buying some friends at some point in the next month or two if I don't have any luck.
