Ban lifted?!

Alright, so, I was here when we all went through the bridgesii permit lift. Now, I haven't been here for awhile, and just now checked Aquabid to see that there are a lot of "banned" snails for sale. I checked APHIS and I don't see anything against marisas or asolene spixis. Is this right?

there have always been banned snails on aquabid. As far as I know, the ban on shipping plant eating snails is intact

Mark (the owner of AB) just recently got out of a meeting with the feds about an auction that happened 3 someodd years ago that was for banned snails.
