barbs with clown loaches?

Hey guys,

As ive mentioned in some other posts, i have 6 tiger barbs in a community tank, but im wondering if its ok to mix 3 clown loaches to this community with the barbs? I currently have the loaches in a smaller tank being treated with some salt. I pan on moving them into the bigger community tank within a week.

Ive also heard that these loaches like to swim with the toger barbs in a school, is that true?

Its been said that the more barbs, the less fiestyness (nipping), so would the addition of three clown loaches possibly have that sort of a effect (less nipping)?

Funny, but my past experience with mixing tiger barb with clown loaches of the same size always result in dead loaches ...
