I've seen a few beefheart recipies and they use liquid vitamins. Where do I find liquid vitamins? Thanks!

I use liquid Centrum from the drug store. I know there are several options at the LFS as well.

Would this recipe work well for other cichlids as well? I have a couple oscars and a Jack Dempsey. I assume it would, but just wanted to make sure this wasn't Discus-only cuisine. I know they would eat it, but they'd eat about anything that dropped into the tank... I am always looking for ways to further vary their diet, and this sounds like a good one.

No, I dont think its discus only. Im sure it would be fine for all cichlids.

I was told by a LFS guy not to feed my Apistos any beef heart. Is that correct?

Im not sure if it would be good for ALL cichlids but for most I think it would be fine... ...but I'm no expert.
